Northstar Capital (“Northstar”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Colin Moroney and the addition of Audrey Siedlecki to its team.

Colin Moroney has been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate as of January 2025. As a member of the transaction team, Colin is actively involved in portfolio management, monitoring activities, and due diligence for new investment opportunities.

Audrey Siedlecki joined Northstar as an Office Administrator in September 2024. She is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of day-to-day operations and providing support to the Managing Partners, Marketing, and Accounting teams. Prior to joining Northstar, Audrey accumulated over ten years of experience in people and process management. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and previously served as the Regional Leadership Development Specialist at Orangetheory Fitness.
